My GoPlan won’t start/keeps loading
After starting a plan, if your GoMoWorld app remains on the following screen for more than one minute, please contact GoMoWorld Support:
To contact us, go to the GoMoWorld app settings and select Contact Us.
From here, select “I have an issue with my GoPlan option” and complete all fields on the form. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Alternatively, if you are a customer using the app, in the Settings you'll find the "Contact us" form.
