My promo code doesn’t work on a promotional plan?
If you are buying a plan that has a promotion already in place e.g. extra data, then you can either avail of the promo code discount or the promotion, but not both. If you use the promocode when purchasing a plan you will get the value or the promo code discount on the original (non promo version) plan allowance. If you wish to avail of the promotion then simply purchase the plan without using the promo code.
