GoMoWorld’s Commitment

GoMoWorld is committed to making its websites, mobile applications, intranet, extranet, and business software accessible in accordance with European Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

We value inclusion and diversity, and we are committed to ensuring that our application GoMoWorld iOS 3.0.102 is accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities.

As part of our digital accessibility efforts, we are working in collaboration with Accessiway.

We are firmly dedicated to building a web for all. As part of a long-term and responsible vision, we aim to fully comply with regulatory requirements, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 level AA standard and also the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance Status

An accessibility evaluation has been conducted, and the application is currently considered partially compliant with applicable standards. Some non-conformities have been identified and are under review. A detailed list of exceptions will be provided in the finalized statement.

Non-compliance

The following criteria are not fully met:

  • C.11.1.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.11.1.3.1.1 – In some cases, the information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of the pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text).
  • C.11.1.3.2.1 – In some cases, when the sequence in which content is presented affects its meaning, this sequence is conveyed visually only and not structurally.
  • C.11.1.3.4 – The content does not adapt to the screen orientation.
  • C.11.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for cases exempted by regulation (e.g., logos).
  • C.11.1.4.4.1 – Some text, except for captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without the use of assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality.
  • C.11.2.1.1.1 – Some functionalities cannot be operated using the keyboard (or an interface that provides equivalent input).
  • C.11.2.1.2 – In some cases, when focus is moved to a component on the page, it cannot be moved away using only the keyboard (arrow keys, Tab key, or other standard exit methods), or if it can be done in an alternative way, the user is not informed of it.
  • C.11.2.2.2 – Some animations, flashing, scrolling, or automatically updating information lasting more than five seconds or displayed alongside other content do not have mechanisms to pause or hide them.
  • C.11.2.4.3 – In some sections that can be navigated sequentially, where the navigation order affects meaning and operation, certain focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality.
  • C.11.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently describe the content or functionality.
  • C.11.3.3.2 – In some cases, no label or instruction is provided when the content requires user input.
  • C.11.4.1.2.1 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have proper or defined names, roles, states, properties, or values, and users or assistive technologies are not informed when these change.
  • C.11.4.1.3.1 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without requiring a change of focus.
