Provisional Multi-Year Digital Accessibility Implementation Plan

1. Introduction

This document presents GoMoWorld's multi-year digital accessibility implementation plan, covering a period of three years. The objective is to ensure the accessibility of digital services to all users, including people with disabilities.

2. Commitment and Accessibility Policy

GoMoWorld is committed to gradually integrating digital accessibility into its online services. Therefore, we are committed to completing this multi-year plan by respecting and following the nine themes necessary for its full development, namely:

  1. Strategy

Accessibility is included in GoMoWorld’s digital strategy. It is considered from the ideation phase of projects and formalized in internal planning documents. Our objective is to reach the highest level of accessibility compliance within 3 years, progressively improving the user experience.

  1. Referent

A digital accessibility referent has been appointed to coordinate actions, centralize feedback, and ensure long-term monitoring.

  1. Resources

We are allocating resources each year (both human and financial) to address accessibility issues. This includes working with expert auditors, tools for accessibility testing, and possible third-party service providers specialized in remediation.

  1. Job Description

Accessibility-related responsibilities are being added progressively to relevant roles, including product owners, developers, designers, and customer support staff. These responsibilities will be clearly reflected in job descriptions during the next hiring cycles.

  1. Training

Training sessions on digital accessibility will be provided to our tech, design, and content teams in 2025. The goal is to raise awareness and teach concrete best practices.

  1. Governance

A transversal governance structure will be created in 2025/2026, with regular steering committee meetings to review progress on accessibility and plan future actions.

  1. Purchasing

Accessibility will be included as a criterion in our purchasing policies for third-party tools and services. All providers will be encouraged to comply with recognized accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).

  1. Digital Projects

From July 2025, all new digital projects (new app, website updates) will integrate accessibility from the design stage. Wireframes and specifications will include accessibility checks, and developers will apply accessible development practices.

  1. Review of Annual Action Plans

An annual accessibility review will be conducted every Q1, starting in 2026, to assess the progress of the multi-year plan and adjust priorities.

3. Compliance

New Projects and Compliance

New Projects: Accessibility is taken into account from the design stage of new projects.

User Testing: Users with disabilities will be invited to participate in user testing whenever possible.

Fixes and Improvements

Corrective Actions: Audits identify non-compliant content, and a remediation schedule is established to improve the user experience.
