3. Commitment and Accessibility Policy

Accessibility is fully embedded in GoMoWorld's digital strategy. This plan is built around the 9 key themes required for a comprehensive accessibility framework.

3.1 Strategy

Accessibility is embedded in GoMoWorld's digital strategy and considered from the ideation phase of every project. The goal is to achieve a compliance rate above 95% by the end of 2028.

3.2 Accessibility Lead

A digital accessibility lead has been appointed to coordinate initiatives, centralise user feedback and ensure long-term follow-up.

  • Contact email: support@gomoworld.com

3.3 Resources

GoMoWorld allocates dedicated human and financial resources to accessibility on an annual basis. This includes the partnership with AccessiWay, accessibility testing tools, and third-party providers for remediation work.

3.4 Job Descriptions

Accessibility-related responsibilities are progressively being integrated into the job descriptions of relevant teams (product owners, developers, designers, customer support) and are formalised during new recruitment.

3.5 Training

Digital accessibility training sessions are organised for technical, design and content teams. Further sessions are planned for 2026-2027.

3.6 Governance

A cross-functional governance structure is in place, with regular review meetings to assess progress and plan upcoming steps.

3.7 Procurement Policy

Accessibility is a criterion integrated into GoMoWorld's procurement policy for digital services and tools. All suppliers are required to comply with recognised accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA at minimum).

3.8 Digital Projects

All new digital projects (new app features, website updates) incorporate accessibility from the design phase. Mockups and specifications include accessibility checks.

3.9 Annual Action Plan Review

An annual accessibility review is conducted every first quarter to evaluate progress against the multi-year plan and adjust priorities. The next review is scheduled for Q1 2027.
