The eSIM fails to install
If your eSIM installation doesn't go through, don’t worry — this can sometimes happen due to a temporary glitch.
Here’s what to do:
- Force close the GoMoWorld app completely (this can be done by swiping up to close the app)
- Reopen the app and try the installation again
This simple refresh often solves the issue. If the problem persists, make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your device is compatible with eSIMs.
