How do I transfer my eSIM to a new phone?
If you’ve changed phones (lost, stolen, upgraded…), don’t worry — your GoMoWorld account and plan is still safe.
Here’s what to do:
- Download the GoMoWorld app on your new phone
- Log in with the same login method as before
- This will retrieve your account with past and active plans.
- The old eSIM will be automatically deactivated
- The app will prompt you to install a new eSIM on your new phone
✅ You don’t need to buy a new plan — as long as your plan is still active, you can reinstall your eSIM on your new device. If no plan is available or active, you’ll be able to download your eSIM on your next purchase!
