My eSIM was installed but it doesn’t work

If eSIM installation is completed but you have no connection:

  • Ensure your plan is activated in the app
  • Check that GoMoWorld is selected for mobile data in your phone's settings
  • Make sure data roaming is on in your phone's settings
  • Check that you're in a country included in your plan

Still not working? Contact support from within the app.
