How do I cancel my GoMoWorld account?
Should you wish to terminate your GoMoWorld account, you’ll need to get in touch with us through our contact form on the GoMoWorld app.
To do this;
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Help
3. Select Contact Us
4. Select the category ‘’I want to terminate my account’’
5. Complete the remaining fields within the form
6. Click Submit
Once we have completed this for you, you will be signed out of your account and all GoPlans and subscriptions will be automatically terminated.
