What if my device is compatible with eSIM but it is SIM Locked to a mobile network?

In some instances, while your phone is eSIM compatible it may be locked to a mobile network. If this is the case, you will need to contact your mobile network provider to have your phone unlocked before you can sign up for GoMoWorld.

Usually your network provider will either unlock the phone for you straight away or they will request an unlock code for you and issue it to you with instructions as to how to unlock your phone.

In some countries e.g, Canada, Chile, China, Israel and Singapore it is illegal for providers to sell SIM locked devices and they are required to unlock the phone for you. In other countries you may be required to pay a fee or the balance of a contract if the phone was bought as part of a contract plan.
