The eSIM fails to install

The eSIM fails to install

If your eSIM installation doesn't go through, don’t worry — this can sometimes happen due to a temporary glitch.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Force close the GoMoWorld app completely (this can be done by swiping up to close the app)
  2. Reopen the app and try the installation again

This simple refresh often solves the issue. If the problem persists, make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your device is compatible with eSIMs.
