Is my device compatible with GoMoWorld?

To access GoMoWorld services, you need an eSIM-compatible device.

GoMoWorld will check automatically if your device is compatible. You just have to open the app! If your device is not compatible, you’ll see this screen:

*Geographic firmware restrictions may prevent the use of eSIMs within some of these devices.
Please note you might also have an eSIM-Compatible device which has been network locked by your mobile operator. Unfortunately this device doesn’t accept GoMoWorld eSIM.
To check on iPhone, open Settings. Go to General and then tap on About. On the About page look for Network Provider Lock information.

If you see the text ‘No SIM restrictions’ next to Network Provider Lock, then your iPhone is carrier free. This means you can use this iPhone freely with any carrier’s SIM and in any country without any restrictions.

If it says something else, then the device is locked to a particular carrier and will need to be unlocked before it can be used with GoMoWorld eSIM.
