This depends on your device model, but most recent smartphones let you store several eSIMs and use two at the same time.

Here’s a quick overview:

• iPhone:
  ➤ Store up to 8 eSIMs

  ➤ Use up to 2 at the same time (either 1 physical + 1 eSIM, or 2 eSIMs)

• Android phones (e.g. Samsung, Pixel):
  ➤ Typically store up to 4 eSIMs

  ➤ Use up to 2 simultaneously

  ⚠️ Be careful: some Android models may let you install more than 4 eSIMs, but only recognize a few. If you have trouble, try deleting unused ones.
