How do I buy and start a plan?

Buying your GoMoWorld plan is quick and simple:

  1. Go to the GoMoWorld website or open the GoMoWorld app.
  2. Browse the available plans and choose the one that best fits your travel needs (data amount, duration, destinations covered).
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Create an account or log in with your existing GoMoWorld credentials.
  5. Complete the payment securely.\

What happens after purchase?

  • You can install your eSIM right away from the GoMoWorld app homepage (no need to wait). Your plan does not start until you activate it in the app.

How to start your plan?

  • After installing your eSIM, open the GoMoWorld app and activate your plan when you are ready to use data abroad.
  • Activating your plan will start the data validity period and allow you to connect to local networks.
  • Remember, installing the eSIM is not the same as activating the plan — installing prepares your device, activating starts your service.

Important notes:

  • You must use the same account for purchasing, installing, and activating your plan.
  • If you bought your plan on the website, don’t forget to download the app and log in with the same credentials to install your eSIM.
