Help/FAQ
How do I check if my phone is eSIM-compatible?
If you're not sure whether your phone supports eSIM, you can download the GoMoWorld app, it will run a background check and will display an error message if your phone isn't compatible. If you don't want to download the app, you can follow these steps:
For iPhone:
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service / Cellular
- Scroll to see if below SIMS the “Add eSIM” option is visible, then your iOS device is not carrier-locked and you can use GoMoWorld.
For Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.):
- Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager or Mobile Network
- If you see an “Add eSIM” or “eSIM” option, it means your phone is eSIM compatible and you can use GoMoWorld.
