How do I log in to my account?

Logging-in is quick and secure. It does not require a password. 

If you purchased your plan on the website, log in on the app with the same email you used for sign in to retrieve your plan.

Current options for login are : email, phone number, Google or Apple Accounts.

  1. Open the GoMoWorld app or website.
  2. Enter your preferred option of login.
  3. You’ll receive a method of confirmation based on your chosen login
    1. Phone 

      You’ll receive a 6-digit code by SMS. Enter the code – and you're in! No password needed.

    2. Email

      You’ll receive a magic link via email – no password needed. Please open the magic link on the same device where you requested it:

      • If you are trying to login on the app, open the link on your phone
      • If you are trying to login on the website, open the link from your computer (or phone if you're on your mobile)
    3. Google Account

      Follow the process to login easily.

    4. Apple Account

      Follow the process to login easily.
