What happens if I delete my eSIM before my scheduled plan start?

If your eSIM is no longer installed on your device at the scheduled activation time, the plan will not start automatically and the scheduled start will be cancelled.

Don't worry - your plan is not lost. It remains in your account in "available" status and can be:

  • Activated manually at any time
  • Rescheduled for a new date and time

⚠️ Important: "Deleting" your eSIM is different from "disabling" it. You can safely disable your eSIM in your phone settings (e.g. to use another SIM while at home) without losing your scheduled start - it will still activate at the programmed time. Only deleting your eSIM from your phone settings will cancel the scheduled start.
