Can I use GoMoWorld on multiple devices?

Each GoMoWorld account is linked to a single eSIM, which can only be active on one device at a time.

If you change phones (lost, stolen, or upgraded), don’t worry — you don’t need to buy a new plan.
Just log in to your GoMoWorld account on your new device using the same login you previously chose. This will automatically deactivate the eSIM on your old phone and let you install a new one on the new device and retrieve your plans.

✅ As long as you have a plan available or active, you can reinstall the eSIM on a new phone.

⚠️ Important to know:

  • You can’t use the same GoMoWorld account on two devices at once.
    One account = one active eSIM = one device.

  • Want to buy plans for multiple people (family, friends, colleagues)?
    ➤ Each person should create their own GoMoWorld account to get a separate eSIM.

    ➤ However, you can use hotspot to share your allowance with your loved ones.
