Help/FAQ
Can I use GoMoWorld if my phone is carrier-locked?
Unfortunately, no. Your phone must be unlocked to use an eSIM from GoMoWorld.
If your phone is locked to a specific mobile carrier, you’ll need to contact them to request an unlock. This is usually pretty quick.
In some countries e.g, Canada, Chile, China, Israel and Singapore it is illegal for providers to sell SIM locked devices and they are required to unlock the phone for you. In other countries you may be required to pay a fee or the balance of a contract if the phone was bought as part of a contract plan.
