Do I need to download the app if I made a purchase on the website?
Yes – whether you buy on the website or directly in the app, you’ll always need to download the GoMoWorld app to install your eSIM and use our service. No QR codes or any other methods can be used to install the GoMoWorld eSIM.
After purchasing:
- Download the app on your phone.
- Log in with the same email you used at checkout.
- Tap “Install” from the homepage of the app to install your eSIM.\
